Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges

Shipping

Most items on the website are in stock and ready to ship, unless you see it listed as out of stock. Items are shipped within 48hrs if not sooner. Please contact us, within 24 hours of ordering, to make arrangements if you need an earlier shipping date or wish to pay extra for faster shipping.

FREE US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use USPS Mail to ship items. You can expect domestic shipments to arrive 2-5 business days from shipping date. If you are concerned about an item and would like to pay extra for insurance or tracking, please contact us within 24 hours. Ring sizers are shipped USPS first class mail. Please email studio@liliamhiga.com if you would like to pay extra for expedited shipping and/or an alternative carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

$36.00 flat fee for INTERNATIONAL listed destinations.

$20.00 flat fee for CANADA.

Please contact us if your country is not listed as a shipping option.

Customers are responsible for all customs and duties fee’s.

Please contact us if you would like to make arrangements and pay for shipping with a different carrier than USPS.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  WE OFFER ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION SERVICE AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THIS TO ENSURE IF PIECES ARE LOST IN TRANSIT  SO THAT REIMBURSEMENT/ REPLACEMENT IS A SEAMLESS PROCESS.  This is automatically toggled to opt-in for each order.  If you choose to opt-out, we will do our best to help you, but lost and stolen items are not the responsibility of Liliam Higa.

Returns and Exchanges

Requests for returns/ exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. Please contact studio@liliamhiga.com to make a return/ exchange request and include a reason for return and we will respond with return instructions. Items received by Liliam Higa prior to requesting a return will be refused and sent back to shipper or will incur a 20% stocking fee. Returns are granted at the discretion of Liliam Higa, and depending on the nature of the return, the credit card processing fee may not be reimbursed.

Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used.  Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return approval or return authorization will be voided. Items should be packaged securely, ideally in their original packaging. 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund or credit total.

Please note that if any shipping costs that are incurred by Liliam Higa on the initial shipment they will also be deducted from the refund or credit, as well as up to a 15% restocking fee if the pieces need refinishing or have incurred damage on their return journey due neglect in packing.

We cannot accept returns on made-to-order pieces as well as jewellery which has been resized at client's request. We have the right to refuse your return if we see signs of wear on the piece.

Return credit can only be used once, after such use all sales are final.
